The Red Door Housing Society is a non-profit housing society that has provided affordable rental housing in the Lower Mainland since 1985. Our communities are mixed income; our focus is families, with some units for older singles and tenants who need wheelchair accessibility.

Almost all of our units are two, three and four bedroom townhouses or apartments. All of our sites have an amenity room for tenants use and play space equipment for children.

Most sites have a laundry room with coin operated machines. Some of the newer units have hookups for washer and dryer and dishwasher hookups as well.

We have a small number of one bedroom units at four of our locations:
Catherine Anne Court - For persons over 55 years old or those requiring a wheelchair accessible unit.
Quayside - For persons over 45 years old or those requiring a wheelchair accessible unit.
Reynard Park - For persons over 55 years old.
Cottonwood Park - For persons over 55 years old.
